Aternity Raises Series B And Partners With Intel

WESTBOROUGH, MA -- Enterprise software company Aternity, Inc. said that it completed its second round of financing, receiving $5 million and a commitment from Intel Corp. for partnership resources.

The company has developed software that monitors user groups in real time to detect and report the performance of key business applications.  Aternity says this approach reduces the time it takes to resolve application performance problems.

Investors in the round included Intel Capital who led the round, Vertex Venture Capital, Genesis Partners, Clal Industries and Portview Communications Partners.
